It's about making you feel something More is on the way It's about making you feel something More is on the way Haven't you ever received a feeling What kind of race is separated on the basis of an arbitrary number and a secondary lie? What color bait is taken straight away before it's even lowered to a depth that's impossible to climb? It's got velocity It's not slowing down It's got velocity It's not slowing down What ride is vacant at a station generated by electricity that's harvested and paid off? Another wasted penetrated predication using up the sun, 'cause the earth is gonna die It's got velocity It's not slowing down It's got velocity It's not slowing down It's about making you feel something More is on the way It's about making you feel something More is on the way Haven't you ever received a feeling

How Swell 03:01
Round and round the spiral down Water spinning in a hole dug into the ground Blood curdling screams from the other side Someone trying to find a will to survive Burning up the plastic cups Cleaning up's not asking much Throw away impossible and start building up an unstoppable Arsenal of probable and actually creating a Conscious, living, breathing human Capable of reaching in This instability can take responsibility Tongue in cheek, naturally How swell would that be? Brown leaves falling wearing long sleeves Balling on the bridge through a window with a cop sitting in it Feel a breeze now, good publicity when it's not freezing See the river steaming with the lighthouse gleaming through the fog Crawling up the rock wall Made it to the strip mall Just in time to make friends with a mascot who never got a real shot Get a real life Who can even tell? Run away with the highlights Open to feel how swell

Existence. I 01:06
I, as an individual, do not belong here. I do not belong anywhere, for I am consciousness And I have taken over everything. I fight with myself for entertainment. Evolution has been reduced to a byproduct of observation An entire conversation based on lines of demarkation That may have shifted with tsunami waves Which pound the ass of Satan. I named him In creation of myself, my mortal enemy. Immortal synergy perpetuating energy, Confounded by the best in me, I invest in me A broken nest nourishing the rest of what is Flourishing through unbridled equine spirits Burning for the celestial extinguishing property Perpetuated by the lack of me. That which I trust, Black and nothing else is always regardless. The beginning of light is a lie, such told that I Would never have to see the shade again. Everyone's a friend. Illuminating what never Wished to give itself a false hope of meaning that's Demeaning to a selfless working spirit carrying it's Own idea of nurturing all of emptiness's eternal Existence.

Power 02:16
What am I going to do with all this newfound power? (power) Wrestling with deep thoughts Being rich not free at all How much time do I have to think? Give a man an inch and let him stretch it to infinity Gotta maintain truth just to have validity Backed by a long time coming and money It's funny, it's running the world's pretty scummy Try to find the bottom line until you see it's nothing We make it something else We rip it all apart We never let them start making their own mistakes Rules are made to break We let it come from the heart One time for the house of representatives More like a house of cards for touching little kids Daddy told me not to trust a politician But he never told me not to have tunnel vision In addition it helped me complete my mission And now I'm really fluent at garnering recognition Yeah, I'll give that up. What am I going to do with all this newfound power?

There's no sleeping there is only higher reason There's no ceiling with your back against the wall There's no keeping anything but higher reason So find yourself a meaning if it happens to be there to catch you fall You're floating out of this world The prehistoric prison where you're locked up Medication is tasting like your sustenance Justifying what you call your medicine You caught what you threw It's always gonna come back to you You're not dreaming You're not sleeping You're still breathing There's no sleeping there is only higher reason There's no ceiling with your back against the wall There's no keeping anything but higher reason So find yourself a meaning if it happens to be there to catch you fall There's no sleeping there is only higher reason There's no ceiling with your back against the wall There's no keeping anything but higher reason So find yourself a meaning if it happens to be there to catch you fall

Flying Slow 02:21
I'm flying so fast I wonder how far I can come Before things change into Unrecognizable Things that I used to know very well Is this my personal hell? (hell) Running through the tunnel of a psychopath I'm the only one who's even gonna last Who's to blame when everything's the same It's never gonna change While this happens to crawl Things that I used to know very well Is this my personal hell? (hell)

We started here, we are consciousness. A hot mess ready to explore ourselves. Collectively we never rest, but silence offers Nothing less than a never-ending fuckfest. We're quick to label one another in an attempt To disable son and brother from becoming Anything but father/mother since the first day We saw each other struggling to hover over Justice served against our lover. How on earth do we recover? Just be present, start over again. A VHS tape rewinding to a generally acceptable position Rewatching reviews of remakes of reruns Replayed on recycled relays that were redone. We never stop moving, nor die as a unit. Our potential is greater than a singular movement. We collect novelty lying to us, finding no solace In darkness, we trust that our peace is in dust In pieces that lust over shavings of rust found When light described truth to the cave-dwelling mute Invaded by the inevitable communication which slated The forthcoming reinstatement of deindividuized Decision making.

Breathe 04:19
Breathe how you see From the bottom of a broken heart (Meditate...) (Daniel) Take one in Let it out Holding on for pleasure now Counting in between the breaks The ebbs and tides to navigate From broken hearts and bad mistakes That you and I made along the way And every day we meditate To feel the same We levitate And when the wave's about to break she told me to just breathe Breathe how you see From the bottom of a broken heart (Meditate...) Bloodshot eyes, lucid trips Creeping in between my lips The time it takes to feel the shift in the energies that we emit We take on our struggles and spit our gifts Belief in each other is what we breathe in Breathe how you see From the bottom of a broken heart (Meditate...) (Chris) Don't force it I got a tendency to hold it in I can feel my lungs collapsing Falling of the oxygen Filling back up on top of it Box it in so casual I thought it might be more natural, or factual To let it out slowly Maybe take a second to let it come out below me From the diaphragm It's healthy if you breathe air by the gram Even if it's lonely, take it in slowly Chill out, everything that's happening is phony Bow out from the shallow end, you're the only cause you represent Killing time with a thought in a moment Billowing smoke when it's cold and you have to breathe Breathe how you see From the bottom of a broken heart (Meditate...) Even when it's warm Dew on the ground Planes and windmills making sounds And all the time reminding me to breathe Breathe how you see From the bottom of a broken heart Meditate... (Daniel) I'm close to caving in The air is getting thin My chest fills up with purpose Our hearts our beating slow We're breathing toe to toe Breathe how you see From the bottom of a broken heart (Meditate...) I'm fiending Breathe out to let you go Meditate.

Big explosion Moderate erosion Political devotion Planning can be put in motion Both sides representing an option Mona Lisa with a blank stare selling at auction Undermined by a self-fulfilling lifetime Robots taking over like a riot on an airline Pesticide eaten everywhere with wealth No telling what effect it's having on the state of health Come into the tunnel Come into the tunnel Come into the tunnel Come into the tunnel This tunnel is blowing up Particles collide inside the long ride from a mile away But it doesn't produce much Ordinary directions are useless Sitting in a moment Friction rubs against every other element Bailing on plan B Feeling protected is sadly a memory Come into the tunnel Come into the tunnel Come into the tunnel Come into the tunnel Gone fishing (fission) Heads up that's a recognition On a vacation with a detonation Finalization of a small innovation Bright illumination With a face like Nancy Reagan Energy here likes to walk around naked Still baking, cash is taken Second placement, quick elimination Grew up, kept battling Remembered how to feed that cat again Practicing backing in Forgetting that it's liquid nitrogen Hope it doesn't crash Turn into a roadblock Delicately grabbing on but everything is hot

about

This is Light Drizzle's first album. It is meant to convey an individual's journey toward greatness or success through vulnerability, acceptance, perseverance, and creativity. Didier Drogba is by far one of the most exciting soccer players to watch, as his talents are displayed in a unique and powerful way.

released January 31, 2018

Light Drizzle recorded and produced everything.
Daniel Moïse aka D-Test did some vocals on "Breathe" and helped out a bunch.
DJ Hunter from local all star group Gools did some guitar on "Making You Feel" and is generally awesome.

I want to thank everyone who came in and listened to the same songs over and over again until I was almost satisfied enough to put this out. The list goes something like: Bruno, Mike P, Jon, Brad, Aaron, Rene, Logan, John, Dennis, Evan, Bradley, Ben, Joey, Mom, Dad, Chelsea, Tyler, Brian. Thanks to Shane aka Kelly Duplex for everything. Thanks to Morgan and Mikey of Berlin Taxi for coming and jamming with me during recording. Thanks to Vista Blue for being awesome. Thanks to Peavey, Fender, Apple, and Pigtronix. Thanks to everyone else who bought me food, stayed up late with me, helped me stay up even later, told me how whack this shit is, told me how dope this shit is, hugged me, and ESPECIALLY whoever gave me the influenza virus in the middle of this recording process.
